"I had to postpone my trip due to last minute flight cancellation. The lady on the desk was very accommodating and let me move it forwards with no bother. When i finally arrived the same lady "Ms S", was on the desk and welcomed me into the hotel with a smile. She couldn't have been nicer and i felt immediately at home.
