The two upstairs bedrooms are the only traditional "enclosed" rooms featuring a view of the sea, AC and their own toilet/sink. There is a shared semi-enclosed bath tub, toilet and shower in addition on the ground floor. Otherwise, the kitchen area is essentially outside and open. "This house is beautiful and clean. It was very comfortable for our family with teenagers. We enjoyed movies and the pool and were able to travel from the house to the rainforest and the beach. We ended up making multiple trips to the grocery store for forgotten items which was easy and convenient. We had breakfast from the bakery down the street (Monte Brisas) two mornings in a row. "What a great location to stay! The proximity to the ocean, golf, the pool, and things to do was fantastic. The place needs some TLC to be certain, but the beauty of the surroundings balanced that out. The accommodations were "sparse." We had to ask for more than one roll of toilet paper, garbage bags, soap, etc. Sheets don't fit the bed and holes in the pillow cases. You spend a lot of time, money, and effort to get there, looking forward to this memorable trip, so you want them to match some...
