"We loved our time here at the Effala suite. It was located right in the middle of the heart of Colmar so lots to see and do outside but there was a nice quiet courtyard inside the gate when you wanted to get away from the crowds. I picked this place for the views out the windows and that did not disappoint. We stayed there early May, so it wasn’t too hot without air conditioning, but may be a factor at other times of year. We had a very pleasant stay and would definitely stay here again....

"I stayed with my family from Friday to Sunday on April 2024. It is ridiculously well located, in front of one of the most beautiful churches of this region. If I go back to Colmar, I would definitely try to stay on the same place. The landlords were very nice. I recommend to send immediately a message using WhatsApp to them. Specially if you are traveling from Germany. That way they are fully informed of your arrival and departure time."

"Come to Colmar, rent a car and see the Alsatian countryside. It’s magnificent! We were here to see the homeland of my father’s ancestors. This apartment was located well for access to all of Colmar and it’s surroundings. The parking in front of the apartment and washer/dryer are a plus. The only negative was no air conditioning and we were there in the heat of summer. Fans and open windows were enough for nights. The apartment suited our needs very well."

There is a baggage storage room available as well, which was very useful. All of the staff were friendly and helpful, and spoke several languages.
