The reviews that I had previously read about the villa before we got there stated that a car was needed due to the location of the villa - this is true, we ended up having to get 3 taxi's every time we left the villa as there is nothing in walking distance, not even a local shop for essentials....

Comares (the most beautiful village in Andalucia) was a short drive or a long pleasant walk away and had a large selection of very good bars and restaurants, plus some friendly local shops. The house itself has so much space and all the things you need to self cater. Carlos was in touch to arrange meeting and was very amenable. All together a wonderful time. "Nicely furnished, well equipped and spacious. Inside main villa there are two twin bedrooms en suite and one double en suite. Outside is a separate bedroom with bathroom but this wasn’t functioning and was locked. Luckily we didn’t need it but it would have been good to know this before hand. "We had a fantastic holiday at this beautiful villa. We were a family of 8 with two children under 3 and we all absolutely loved it. The views are incredible and panoramic over the sea and the pool is brilliant. It’s very private and a nice quiet location. There is a handy supermarket a 5 minute walk away and a 20 minute walk to the Benajarafe where there’s lots of bars and restaurants and a nice beach. We would recommend this to anyone, it’s absolutely perfect and had everything we needed."

"When you pull into the driveway you feel like you have truly arrived in Spain. A truly Spanish Villa. 5 bedrooms all with their own ensuite. Lots of places to sit and enjoy the sun or shade. Stunning scenery. Hear the sheep being led down the hill with their bells. Sit on your balcony and enjoy your sunrise. Sit by the pool and stargaze after dark.
