To get an excellent rating recommend lawn mowing, several light issues repaired inc. bad switch on outside carport, give attention to gas grill to make functional. Was able to utilize charcoal side for steaks ... so no major foul. Would stay here again."

Not enough outdoor lighting. House did not live up to VRBO listing. I thought we were getting a better house than last year and was very disappointed. Paid more thinking I was getting a better place. "Actually, the place was better than advertised. Compared to other places, I found it easy to maneuver my F250 and bass boat in and out of the property. I also enjoyed having covered parking for my boat. With the lake water levels being low, I didn't get to utilize the neighborhood boat ramp, but Powell Park wasn't far away. The neighborhood appeared secure with minimal traffic and the home was very clean having everything a fisherman would need. Will definitely be back."
