"It was like staying in a college apartment from 1990. I suspect that this property does not have enough steady customers to properly invest in the property. Instead, they do what they can to maintain it. Pros: Giant room suitable for a small apartment, Clean bathroom where the shower/tub area looked remodeled. Comfortable enough bed. Large TV. (Kitchenette, if you want it. However, they had a full-size stove/oven and refrigerator. That blocks off large parts of the kitchen.) Cons: The lack of hot water. It was not like they were out. Rather, it was set so low that it was slightly above room temperature. It made it difficult to get soap off of hair/skin. Old, outdated laminate floor that was no longer stuck to the concrete.
