Staffs are polite. The free shuttle bus at HZMB is also convenient. The room is spacious. Good value for money."

"Excellent Staff. I forgot a bag and called and they had it for me. Breakfast was superb. The downside was it seemed a little out dated compared to other hotels in Macao. Location is in the old part of Macau. (Not so great for me) however, there are shuttle buses to go to other hotels. Ac NOT great. Other than that, rooms are comfortable and I like beds and sheets."
