"Perfect apartment to fit our family of 9 while visiting Cologne. Just two S bahn stops from Köln and either a 10 min walk or two quick bus stops away. The area had plenty of food options, a laundromat (there's a washer/dryer combo in the unit but we had A LOT of clothes), parks, and grocery stores. The beds were very comfortable, fans throughout to keep cool, and a water heater on demand so no cold showers even for the last person. The only thing to be aware is the kitchen floor is uneven stone,...

"Incredible Stay! very efficient Apartment all the amenities you could need and in a great area. The hosts were very attentive and helpful, comfortable beds and well appointed kitchen and lounge area."

"Great location"

"Sehr zu empfehlen"

"The property was very clean and comfortable. It has been updated. It was a 10 minute walk from the main station, although one could walk a block to ride the subway one stop, of you have luggage. If you follow Google maps, it will take you a 17-20 min walking route, but you can easily just view the map to take a more direct route. Amazing park and playground with giant slide just around the corner. About a 7-10 min walk to a grocery or breakfast. There is no clothes washer available, so one will...

"Perfect location for us; surrounded by cafes , bar’s & restaurants.Close to the train & metro.A great place to stay."

"The apartment was perfect for our recent stay in Cologne! It was clean, close to the train station, easily accessible and the host provided frequent and great communication. We especially appreciated the multiple fans provided as it was hot during our stay, but it was pleasant inside. Would recommend and stay again!"

"Everything was as advertised and it's close enough to walk through the old city and cathedral pretty easily. The only major concern was the laundry being in the basement and our being on the top floor. Probably not best traveling with small children. Overall, a good fit for our family of 5 with teenagers."

"Very nice and comfortable place"

"First of all, Jules is a great host, flexible, and responsive. The apartment is spacious for a family of 4-5, great location (near shops, transport, eateries, yet away from noise), good privacy, and has all the important elements, except washing machine. There is no A/C but Jules provided us three tower fans. Negatives are: the apartment is on the top floor with no lift access. If travelling with large luggage.. think twice. May not be friendly in hot seasons…can get hot. (We were caught in a...

"Spacious, bright and quiet apartment on the top (3rd) floor of an older apartment building. No lift, so be prepared for 6 stairs on your way in and out. Wifi was not working during our stay, but there is good mobile coverage. The kitchen has all equipment that one needs. There's a couch (sofa bed) in the living room and a dining table with chairs, but no comfy chairs. The two bedrooms were very quiet and fine, but the mattresses a bit on the hard side. The street is lively with lots of shops and...
