Super nettes Personal. Man fühlt sich wirklich willkommen. Öffentliche Verkehrsmittel gut zu erreichen.Viele lokale in der Nähe. Meine Erwartungen wurden komplett übertroffen. Die Zimmer sind echt geräumig.

Very, very nice room in a very small hotel

Very good room for a few romantic days in Cologne. The hotel itself has really no other features, such as breakfast or gym, but I was not looking for any of that anyway. The room is really, really good, with a jacuzzi and sauna in the room. Very spacious too!

Very nice location. It’s more or less a house turned into a tiny hotel. Rooms are spacious and modern with coffee, tea, water and a small choice of soft drinks included.

It’s a very very small boutique hotel. Only have a few rooms. However the room is nice and well maintained. Have few carpark slots in front of the hotel that if needed, they will reserved for you with a fee. Nice location where by within 1 min walk to the station and Rewe supermarket and stuff. Receptionist is not 24 hours but is responsive to emails.

Beautiful, comfortable, and great location!

I loved this location! The parking is awful in the neighborhood, but she has spots directly in front of the buidling for guests. She stocked the room fridge with drinks and snacks - all of which we were welcome to drink / eat - no charge. After a long day of walking around Cologne, we can back and took a soak in the large spa tub. What a delight for a our sore muscles!! The floors were heated, the patio door opens to allow fresh air to come in, the entire building was super quiet. Also the room styling was cool and fun - a really beautiful room. We loved our stay and would definitely return!! Wonderful place to sleep and rest.

What we liked - In good condition, Clean, fresh and comfortable, hot tub. Parking available for 10 euro a night (probably limited number of spots). What we didn’t like - Poor water pressure - if you offer a rain shower, you should also provide a good water pressure. The pressure wasn’t good enough even for the normal shower. Took a while to wash off the soap.... !?!? Warning: The rooms are at the ground floor, so do not expect a view. In general we enjoyed our stay, but I think the hotel is overpriced, so we probably wont book it again at this price (150 euro).

The heated floors are very nice and the rooms are very well put together, the bed is very comfy and the place is very well kept. The price may be a bit high and location isn't very central. But all together it is a wonderful place to stay.

Great room and a great spot

1st Floor Köln 2 was a great mini hotel. The room was fabulous and a good size. The location was great, close to the u-Bahn and good food spots. The staff were extremely helpful and nice.
