Nice hotel in a good location. Rooms were reasonably quiet, clean and comfortable. Service and breakfast were adequate. Location is about a twenty minute walk to the aldstadt/touristy section of the city, but it's nearby plenty of services and restaurants. They have on-site parking (having a small car helps.)

The hotel is in a perfect part of town where there is plenty to do if you choose to hang around the area and central enough to walk to the more “happening” parts of town. The staff are great and will assist you and the rooms are equipped with a TV, kettle and strong Wi-Fi

Quite small rooms, and not quite the feel of a typical 4 star hotel, however for our stay the location was absolutely perfect, the parking was so convenient and the staff on reception were amazing :) super fun and supportive. Really made the stay. Thank you!

Gorgeous Koln

The staff were incredibly helpful and supportive to me as I was caught with the DB strike. Lovely breakfast, comfy and clean room, same day laundry service and it was even dropped off to my room. In a great part of town as there are so many eating and shops to explore.

Location is excelent but It is not a 4 star hotel. It is a 2,5 or 3 star at most. Rooms and reception desk are basic, I got a smaller a room than the one I paid, and when I asked to the Manager he was facing back in the office, and didn’t even turn back to reply, he said we must be thankful because we got a good room, and we could submit any complaints through Expedia….

Trust me, stay HERE!

I'm a bit of a hotel snob so I was skeptical at first regarding the (too good to be true) room rate. However, this hotel checked all the boxes. The staff was highly professional and warm. In our in and outs of the day and evening we must have met everyone who worked here and we were greeted, asked if everything was okay. The rooms were clean, clean, clean. The beds were comfortable. And the location can't be beat. It checked off all of my boxes and then some. If there was a complaint it would be the shower. I don't care for the European folding glass door thing on the bathtub and getting out of its depth feels a bit perilous but overall, a stellar experience. I would stay here again in a minute no need to search for another property.

Great location, but be cautious!

Rated 4 star, no Way its a 4 star luxury hotel. Location is 4 star, but hotel is outdated, more likely 2 star. Rooms are smelly, super hot with no aircondition, breakfast is boring and low end, Fresh orange juice is a plus though. Wifi is also like non existed, which is not ideal for business.

Staff all exceptionally helpful and friendly, without exception. Thank you, especially Sonia. But WiFi was almost entirely out of order for the duration of my >3 days there, and, in my room, the safe had no batteries so it too was useless, and the bedside reading lamps lacked light bulbs. Compensation for lack of WiFi was free breakfasts - which was very nice but didn’t overcome the frustration of no WiFi for someone without easy roaming data from home.
