This hotel is conveniently located for the station and the cathedral / Old Town . Pleasant helpful staff , room comfortable although compact , very good breakfast .Good value and would definitely stay there again .

The room was very quiet although I did hear the TV in the neighboring room for about an hour, which was slightly annoying. Luckily it stopped at around the time I went to bed. Breakfast buffet was very good.

the staff are all very nice. the whole hotel gives a cosy family hotel vibe and are very friendly to foreign visitors. Even though we made a mistake of late check in due to reservation issue, the staff are still very patient in handling it and we appreciate that a lot.

Good location, nice breakfast

I had booked a single room with a private bathroom. Well, the private bathroom is located in a different space next to the room, so you have to go to the corridor to get to your bathroom. Luckily at least the sink was in the room. Not the comfiest to sleep in, you can hear everything from the corridor. Also the pillow was so weird, like a blanket squished in half. But the breakfast was awesome and made up all the negatives!

This hotel is disgusting, smelly, old, not maintained properly, only 1 socket in the room, the bathroom has very bad smell. the room is wretched. Does not worth the cost at all. I stayed 2 hours in the hope to get refund , and I left the room and ordered a taxi and went to stay at Hilton Koln, since it was impossible to remain in this room, and I hope to get refund. Although they refuse. I think you are responsible for what you offer to clients and this hotel is horrible, although it gets some good reviews from clients, its not the truth. GO and check! I expect to be refunded!

Disappointing

While I reserved this hotel I was given a room in another hotel one block away but with breakfast in this hotel. The reception was also in the other hotel. Rooms were not automatically serviced either. The disappointment was compounded by having an energy tax in addition to a 'city tax' sprung on me when I checked in. There was no warning in advance about this. I understand that the energy tax is a government initiative but I found it offputting and it has put me off returning to Germany. All in all i wouldn't recommend booking this hotel.

Unser Zimmer war sehr schön. Praktisch und komfortabel. Mega freundliches Personal. Superleckeres Frühstück mit viel Auswahl. Es gab sogar eine Karte mit Ei-Optionen, wo man zwischen verschieden Arten Rührei, Spiegelei, Omelett usw. auwählen konnte, das dann frisch zubereitet wurde. Also wir kommen schon bald wieder... 😀

Das Hotel lag am Hauptbahnhof und trotzdem ruhig in einer Nebenstraße. Das Frühstück war ok. Doch das Zimmer war schmal wie ein Flur.Nur eine Tischlampe die weit vom Bett entfernt war und ein Ventilator. Für 2 Nächte war das Zimmer noch Ok. Sonst kann ich dieses Hotel nicht empfehlen
Das Zimmer war sehr schmal, Nur eine Tischlampe die nicht in der Nähe vom Bett war und ein Ventilator , der wegen der kurzen Leitung fast neben dem Bett stand. Da zur meiner Zeit immer 32 Grad herrschten nicht besonders angenehm

Das Wochenende war perfekt.

Hotel liegt nahe dem Rheinufer, zu Fuß gut erreichbar. Altstadt, Restaurants viele und gut. Musical Dome, Bahnhof direkt in der Nähe.

Hotel itself is showing its age, needs paint and repairs, staff not the most helpful. Good luck if you are bigger getting into the bathroom as sink and door make a tight squeeze to get into and weird 2 inch steps in places that make tripping easy.

Zeer vriendelijk en schoon

Fijn, klein hotel met zeer vriendelijke medewerkers. Je kan je bagage achterlaten als je de volgende dag nog even de stad in wilt. Het ontbijt is zeer uitgebreid en lekker. De eieren worden vers voor je gebakken op bestelling. De ruimtes zijn allemaal goed schoon. De badkamer is erg klein. Wel opletten: als er 'met prive badkamer' vermeld staat, kan deze zich op de gang bevinden. En er is een kleine lift aan de ene kant van het hotel, maar aan de andere kant niet. Dus afhankelijk van de locatie van de kamer heb je een lift of moet je met de trap.

This is not the most modern hotel, but the staff are the friendliest and most helpful I have come across from the check in to the breakfast service to the checking out procedure. The bathroom may have been a little small, but the welcoming nature of the place outweighed any slight hassles.

Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral hinter dem Hbf. Sehr viele Sehenswürdigkeiten können fußläufig erreicht werden. Unser Zimmer war in Ordnung, kann aber nur über Treppen erreicht werden. Das Badezimmer war winzig und zweckmäßig. Besonderes Lob für das überaus freundliche Personal.

Tolles Hotel mitten in Köln, ideal für einen Städtetrip oder Musical Besuch. HBF und Dom sind in weniger als 5 Minuten fußläufig zu erreichen; von dort aus geht es dann weiter in die Innenstadt. Auch mit Auto gut zu erreichen. Personal ist sehr freundlich, Frühstück top, Eier werden z.B. frisch zubereitet.
