Nettes gut zentral gelegenes Hotel

Hotel war, wie vorher telefonisch übermittelt, schon vom Zug aus zu sehen und in 2 Minuten erreichbar( nur über Treppe vom Gleis runter und die Strasse überqueren). Sehr netter Empfang, Zimmer sauber, tolles Bett(gute Matratzen). Sehr nettes Personal(hat uns bei jeglichen Fragen, sofort geholfen. Frühstücksbüffet sehr lecker und ausreichend mit sämtlichen Extras. Am Abreisetag konnte man sogar das Gepäck kostenfrei und sicher unterstellen. Wir werden wieder kommen :--))

Goed voor een citytrip

Sober hotel in de buurt van station en tram buiten het centrum. Goed verzorgd ontbijt. Sobere kamers met goede wifi. Vrienelijk personeel. 3 Km van het haubtbahnhof.

Tæt på natteliv

Meget basalt hotel der kun lige indeholder hvad man kan forvente. Hotellet er noget slidt i det og alt fra møbler til gardiner virker gammelt og uddateret. Vi havde udsigt til en baggård, men det betød at der var ro om natten. De har kun få parkeringspladser, som til gengæld er billigere end mange andre hoteller og morgenmad var inkluderet i prisen. Der blev skiftet håndklæder dagligt og der blev fyldt op af sæbe på badeværelset. Rengøringen var tilfredsstillende. Personalet var hjælpsomme, venlige og talte et godt engelsk. Morgenmaden indeholdt te, kaffe, juice, brød, forskellige morgenmadsprodukter, frugt, æg og bacon. Hotellet ligger lige rundt om hjørnet fra Zülpicherstrße hvor man muligvis finder Kølns bedste natteliv med sine mange barer og restauranter. Det er stadig i gåafstand til centrum og domkirken.

Angenehm überrascht :-)

Ein gutes 3-Sterne-Hotel. Nicht zu gross und sehr verkehrsgünstig gelegen (Bahnhof Köln Süd praktisch vor der Tür). Reichhaltiges Frühstücksbuffet. Einfache, aber freundliche und saubere Zimmer.

Zwei Sterne Hotel !!!

Es ist in Ordnung , falls man nur übernachten will. Heizung ist paar mal ausgefallen ( angeblich zeitschaltuhr ) Rauchmelder von 4 bis 9 Uhr gepiepst ( nervige Störung - Batterie leer ) ....

Günstig und gut gelegen.

War dort mit meiner Tochter und hatten eine sehr gute Zeit. Ich war ja schon öfters im Elite. Und war bisher immer zufrieden. Leider gibt es diesmal etwas zu bemängeln, und zwar den Kaffee. Der war bisher immer sehr gut, aber diesmal, zum ersten Mal überhaupt, hat er mir gar nicht geschmeckt.

Een eenvoudig maar goed hotel

Hotel is eenvoudig. De kamer is netjes en schoon. Het ontbijt is eenvoudig, maar er is ruim voldoende. Het hotel ligt vlak bij een treinstation en tramhalte en is daardoor een goede uitvalslocatie. Horeca en veel bezienswaardigheden zijn op maximaal 30 minuten loopafstand.

Convenient Location to Public Transit

Positives: The receptionist/innkeeper was great and so nice to help direct us. Beds were very comfortable. Location was at a perfect spot to use the transit system there. Downside: The shower was a little frustrating - the shower faucet would not stay in place and the overall bathroom would get very damp. General statement: It has a little bit of a hostel feel in terms of returning the key at the front desk if you have to leave.

Keine unhaltbaren Versprechungen abgeben!

Bei der Ankunft gegen 16:00h war das Zimmer nicht beziehbar. Es wurde vereinbart in 1 Stunde wiederzukommen, dann sei das Zimmer fertig. Extra die Stunde auf 2 Stunden verlängert kamen wir zurück und das Zimmer war unberührt. Unser Gepäck, welches wir zuvor im Zimmer deponierten, war bei offener Tür jedem Vorbeigehenden zugänglich!

Not very "elite"

The room was sparse, but clean and comfortable. The elevator had already been broken for two days and would remain broken for at least a week (our room was on the 5th floor). The breakfast was fine. The public areas are shabby and not well maintained. The staff is not particularly professional, although pleasant. The area is full of interesting restaurants, etc.

Wenn man nur zum schlafen dort ist, ist es okay und ausreichend. Das Frühstück war okay. Wir sind auf jeden Fall satt geworden. :)

"Elite" ist als Werbung sehr mutig

Sehr freundlicher und hilfsbereiter Service, Frühstück ordentlich, WLAN-Kosten extra; im Bad leider Unsauberkeiten in der Nähe des Heizkörpers, bei 16 Grad Außentemperatur weder Heizung im Bad noch im Zimmer, schwarzer, 40 cm langer (Koffer-)Strich an der Tapete, Vorhänge nicht ordentlich aufgehängt.

We'll know better next time.

We took a chance due to high Exhibition demand and prices We'll know better next time. There were no redeeming features. Hopefully they'll invest some of this week's higher profits into renovations. It was hardly Elite!

Voor deze prijsklasse prima

Voor deze prijs kan je niet veel verwachten. S'nachts wel wat rumoer van de straat en je hoort de treinen( het ligt langs een spoorlijn). Badkamer had wat beter kunnen worden onderhouden maar de kamer was net geschilderd en lekker fris.

Leuke onderbreking

Hotel was goed, vriendelijke bediening, goede bedden, eenvoudig ingericht, sanitair ging en de ligging was perfect. Ontbijt eenvoudig, maar voldoende.
