All personal were very efficient,friendly and helpful. The rooms were very clean ,our view was excellant,.. i had reserved a double room for 2 with 2 twin beds,i was given a double occupancy with a single double bed... the hotel staff was able to accomodate with grace and efficiency. Highest praise for the desk clerk

The hotel was low cost and that is what you get, no frills, but it was clean and the cleaners were really friendly as were all the staff. No pressure to check out, location was excellent (I actually came back after checking out for lunch!) bed was very soft (some may not like that) but was very comfy. Overall a nice stay, just for one night. I couldn't say how it would be for longer.

Great location But!!

Must say a great location, but no tea/coffee making facilities and no refrig. Staff were helpful and spoke both English and German. Its a little tired. The rooms overlooking the river can be quite noisy as restaurants and bars are below Short walk to most things like railway station, cathedral and tourist activities

The accomodation id old, but clean. The reception people were all lovely, except the younger person. The older guys were most helpful. The elevator is carpetted and only fits 3 suitcases and a person at a time but it works well. Great location to everything you need. Rooms are small but super clean. We would stay here again.

Excellent Service & Riverfront Location!

Excellent service provided by the whole team at the Hotel! Ideal location, right in front of the river, within a few minutes walk to the train station and the Cathedral. I will definitely be staying here again!

Super local--Great find!

SUPER location! We viewed the Rhein and famous bridge from our window. The room was small but incredibly clean and cozy--and QUIET, even though it faced the boardwalk with several restaurants. A 5-min walk from the Hauptbahnoff, Philharmonic, and two major museums--perfect! Staff were friendly and helpful. I'll definitely stay there again!

Loved this characterful hotel on the banks of the Rhine. Our room looked out on to the beautiful view of the river and was warm and cosy. The location was great, very close to restaurants, the main railway station, cathedral and other places of interest. The staff were helpful and courteous. Would have appreciated more choice at breakfast eg yoghurt, fruit, cereal.

We decided to stay in Cologne at the last minute. This is close to the train station but my GPS took us to the wrong place. The place is quite old and run down and just doesn’t feel very safe. The view of the Rhine is amazing and the location is good. That is all. I wouldn’t stay here again unless I couldn’t find anything else.
