Great location for the airport or getting into Central Cologne via train. The rooms are comfortable and clean. Very good bathroom and shower. Spacious reception area where you can wait in comfort before heading to the airport. The staff were very helpful & friendly. I would definitely recommend this hotel & will stay there again.

Lovely hotel and great location for hopping on and off the train to different places. A really modern vibe (both in the rooms and in the lounge areas) and lovely continental breakfast with a good variety of options - really enjoyed the smoothies. Ideal would be for a kettle in the room or access to the coffee machine and light snacks throughout the day. Good value for money and a next spacious car park. Close walking proximity to a local supermarket which has everything you need too which was a bonus - also a cafe next to this.

The room was perfect for my one night stay. It was clean and nicely decorated. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Might have been nice to have a kettle in the room and maybe some sachets of tea/coffee but other than that it was very good

There was a kitchen, but I didn't use it. The interior design and everything else was very nice, compfy and functional. Very clean, quiet and accommodating service by friendly personal. The inn is also conveniently located to a public transportion hub.

Great facilities for the price, ideal location. We had some confusion on check in (unmanned when we arrived at midnight) but the phoneline support was fantastic. We'd recommend this hotel to anyone visiting cologne, ideal location between airport and citt

The hotel was lovely very well decorated and very modern. The staff was very helpful. They were accommodating with me speaking english. I would recommend a variety of breakfast options because everything was the same everyday but other than that no problems.

The room is not too bad ! There’s no telephone in the room u have to go to reception if u want to ask anything . No coffee or tea and fridge in the room too though when booked it says there will be one . Breakfast is not too bad for the money . Given a choice I will not recommend this because it is far fr city , got to take train to city . The only saving grace is it’s close to train station . Also they dont clean regularly , only on request .

This was a very nice and clean hotel, and staff were friendly and helpful when I’d left things in my room after check out, BUT, if you wanting a convenient hotel location to the city centre don’t choose this hotel as despite the train station being advertised as only a 4 min walk away, the trains and buses are so unreliable that I had to check out of my hotel a day early just to make sure I could be where I needed to be the next day. One train left me stranded 3 miles from the hotel at 1am and that wasn’t because I took the wrong train it was because there were no late trains back to the station near the hotel, and taxi or uber were too expensive as an alternative. A very stressful stay as I feel the advertising is misleading and did not represent how difficult logistically it was to get to places.
