Staff gave me wrong information on breakfast time. Welcome water drink at reception area did not work. Carpets in common place was dirty. No air conditioning in rooms. Can hear people talking until around 2 AM. No sound proof walls. Bathroom had no soap available and was not replaced after request. No fridge.

ich möchte Ihnen mein Feedback zu meiner letzten Hotelbuchung mitteilen: Ich habe zwei Zimmer in Köln aufgrund meiner Arbeit gebucht. Das Hotel habe ich bewusst gewählt, da es über eigene Parkmöglichkeiten verfügt und in unmittelbarer Nähe zur Autobahn liegt. Für mich war es sehr wichtig, nach der Arbeit, die oft bis spät dauert, jederzeit einen Parkplatz zu finden und eine einfache An- und Abreise zu haben. Leider wurde ich jedoch einen Tag vor meiner Anreise per E-Mail informiert, dass im Hotel Bauarbeiten stattfinden. Ohne meine Zustimmung wurde meine Reservierung auf ein anderes Hotel mitten in der Stadt umgebucht. Dies führte dazu, dass ich täglich 28 Euro Parkgebühren zahlen musste. Zusätzlich war der tägliche Weg zwischen dem von Ihnen gewählten Hotel und meiner Arbeitsstelle deutlich umständlicher und zeitaufwendiger. Ich bin mit dieser Lösung sehr unzufrieden, da die ursprünglichen Buchungskriterien (Parkplatz, Lage zur Autobahn) nicht mehr erfüllt wurden und mir dadurch zusätzliche Kosten und erhebliche Unannehmlichkeiten entstanden sind. Ich bitte darum, diese Angelegenheit zu prüfen und erwarte eine angemessene Entschädigung. Mit freundlichen Grüßen Weam Abdulsattar

Travelling throughout Europe, needed a last minute stay near Cologne, ideal location and to have breakfast included for the price was a real bonus.

Just bland, outdated, quilts too small for beds. Slept fine without any issues. Which is all needed. But don’t expect luxury here. Breakfast included is as basic as it gets. Receptionists need to understand what “friendly” means, as I’m sure there isn’t the need for training in that!

The overall condition and service were satisfactory. It was just 10 to 15 minutes to the airport by Uber and was 10 minutes walk to the tram station leading to the town centre.

Euros stay

Though a bit out of town it is an easy place to find from the nearest tram stop. Value for money shower good bed comfortable enough few amenities nearby though there is a garage pub and local shops as well as a Greek and Turkish restaurant nearby

Very disappointing. When we arrived they told us we where booked out to a different (better) hotel in a different oart of town. But we booked this hotel because we had a birthday party close to this hotel. The receptionist couldn't offer a solution. Also they didn’t want to pay for the extra parking at the new hotel and the transport to our party and back. There was no manager. The receptionist couldn’t reach anyone to help him. After 45 minutes someone called him back. Situation was than solved in 2 minutes hut we had been waiting for almost 50 and running late for our party. Rooms are 20 years past their expiration date. The hallways are smelly, stains in carpets everywhere. A lot if dust in the room. Showerhead only works partially. If its not for the location, choose a different hotel.

It's not what it seems to be ,your nightmare

If you want to be scammed,book a room at this hotel ,I'm very surprised Hotels.com do business whit this sort of hotels.i booked and payed for a family room and when I turn up the room was giving to someone else.so they send me to a different hotel (part of their group ) in the middle of the town (very old and very noisy ,so the scam is :they advertise whit some old photos for a quiet place and when you turn up there they would tell you "we apologize for any inconvenience but we can give you a room at the other hotel for no extra charge."the other hotel nobody wants to book there as is terrible (old ,dirty,the beds are terrible )

The carpet by the bed was wet and stained, dirty carpet, silverfish insects and nosiness, a water pipe ran through the room that made a loud noise anytime the room upstairs used water. People were talking and smoking outside our window which we had open because it was hot and the lobby smells like cigarette smoke.

The rooms and furniture all smelt like decomposing bodies, making me insanely nauseous. Shower wasnt turning on and the amount of grimey stains and foul odour would be enough to deter any future guests at this “Hotel” i tried getting a refund and the manager insisted on giving me a new room as if that would make anything better. Also blocking the door to prevent me from leaving is insane and weird to do. I wouldnt even let a dog stay here as it was that bad. Definitely never coming or even recommending this place to anyone and would advise to keep away as its quite literally in the middle of nowhere.

We came in late around 9:00pm and exhausted from walking all day and riding the train. The walk was a little further than I thought it would be from the station especially at night but we had no issues and found it although the property was dark and no lights to show the entrance and path to the hotel. Check in was quick and courteous. The room was clean. No air conditioner as advertised so we opened the window to get a little cool fresh air and to cool the room a bit but tried closing it 10 minutes later and it wouldn’t latch and was broken. The gentleman downstairs came to help and he did get it shut although you could still hear some traffic noise. We bring a noisemaker machine everywhere we go so no worries for that. The bed was hard and not too comfy to sleep on. Breakfast was basic breads, deli meat and cheese, yogurts, fruit cocktail, and cereal.

Hotel en travaux, la moquette de la chambre etait vraiment sale, bruit fort te reveillant tres tot le matin. Odeur horrible dans les couloirs et tu dois naviguer entres les travaux, porte qui claque toute la nuit dans le couloir, Pas de connexion internet dans ma chambre. Le personnel te derange meme si tu as mis le signe de ne pas nettoyer la chambre. Dejeuner était bon, le lit etait confortable et les chambres assez spatieuse, mais pour l'experience sonnore et l'odeur je suis obligé de mettre une mauvaise note

Preis Leistung gerechtfertigt…ist jetzt nicht mega Top aber auch absolut kein Flop…also zur Not definitiv eine Option, aber nicht bei 38°, da keine Klimaanlage…die Umgebung ist sehr schön…Bahn und Rewe sind etwa 10 min entfernt…wird gerade renoviert, hat mich nicht gestört..gibt „normale“ Schlüssel..Zimmer hellhörig, aber nicht durch die Tür, sondern die Wände…Bad ist ok…beim Duschvorhang muss man aufpassen, sonst steht das ganze Bad unter Wasser..Frühstück nicht genutzt..
