  • Come escape to soak in the sun on the beach during the summer, enjoy the crisp air and beautiful colors of the fall, or cozy up to a crackling indoor wood burning stove with a good book! Tucked away in Coloma MI, which is a quiet little spot conveniently located between St. Joseph (South) and South Haven (North).

    FYI - there is a Ring Doorbell and 2 outdoor security cameras on the property overlooking the front windows and the backyard. Devices are only be used for security purposes. We follow Vrbo's policy on surveillance devices at a property and ensure everyone's privacy rights.

Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights, lock the doors, and return the keys
Check-out by 11 am, take off all used flat linens, fitted sheets, and pillowcases. Put them on the bathroom floor. Leave duvet covers on unless dirty. Leave dirty towels on the bathroom floor
Close all windows, blinds, and all doors. Please check that the fridge door is closed. Clean all dishes, empty the kitchen sink. Cover BBQ &move back near the house.
Put trash in outside trash can, and put the can near the street. Summer Season: Set the A/C to 85⁰F. Winter Season: Set the heater to 65⁰F. Report damages or issues immediately
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
