"I stayed here with my wife children and their spouses a total of 6 people. It was a very comfortable place. As the other reviews mentioned the layout is a bit quirky but nothing that should deter you from staying here. The kitchen and the hot tub were especially terrific. The location is awesome. A 5 minute walk to the promenade and beach. Old town is about a 25 minute walk but very enjoyable."

Gorgeous view of Nice. 20 min walk to ocean and 45 min walk to old city.
