"I had a fantastic time at the OSH Hotel in Cartagena! For context, I am 26 y/o and visiting from the States, coming to Cartagena to celebrate my birthday!
We arranged for a car to pick us up from the airport, which was serviced through the hotel property. Super convenient, although our driver barely spoke English, so initial coordination was challenging at first. Still felt safe once we were all settled.
We were welcomed with welcome drinks; check-in was quite smooth, but a bit busy. We came right at “rush hour” so no biggie. The staff transported our bags up to the room with no hesitation.
The room is fantastic, however, I was a bit disappointed with the size of the bathroom. For my ladies, the vanity lighting for makeup isn’t the best, but manageable.
Food and bar service were incredible. Staff were extremely welcoming and pleasant to converse with. Pool staff were excellent. Not a party atmosphere at all, very chill, and central to clubs and bars if you’re looking for that vibe.
I had no negative opinions about this hotel; food was phenomenal, location was stellar and I felt very safe as the hotel was guarded 24/7 and a key was needed to access. Would stay again."
