We stayed there for 11 nights. Everything was up to the mark. The only problem was the long lift waiting time and there are no AC in the lobby. Otherwise it was a great experience

The Hilton Colombo is a beautiful property and the room was very spacious for our family. We were lucky to get a room with a wonderful view of the Lotus Tower which made our stay all the better. Staff were very accommodating, location is very convenient with a grocery store nearby, and room was very clean upon arrival. Would definitely stay here again during our next visit to Colombo!

5 star Quality stay in Colombo

Staying at the Hilton Residence was absolutely sensational. We got upgraded to a suite which was absolutely fabulous and the staff was incredible especially Travene who took care of us and the restaurant, rooms, transport, everything about our stay was 5 star quality. I highly recommend staying there if you are visiting Colombo.

It's a good location that is close to the station and the hotel is on a bus route. Good restaurants are close by and there is a shopping mall not far away. The apartments are well furnished and spacious. We had a room with a wonderful view. The pool is large and is a great place to spend some time.

Great central hotel in Colombo for families

Staid at Hilton Colombo Residence on two occasions in our family trip to Sri Lanka. The stay was great overall and highly recommend this apartment hotel for family travel. The rooms were spacious and the amenities were great. The staff was very friendly and always willing to help. Our room included the breakfast buffet, which was awesome as well. While I highly recommend the hotel, a small touches of renovations in the rooms would enhance the experience and would go a long way.

I've stayed in some of the world's top hotels, but none of them can match the incredible service at Hilton Colombo Residence. As well as having excellent facilities, including massive rooms and apartments, swimming pool, gym, sauna etc, the staff are exceptional. Every single member of staff goes above and beyond. I actually cancelled my stay at the Shangri La to stay at the Hilton Colombo Residence again I was so impressed from my first visit. I wouldn't even consider staying anywhere else when I return to Colombo. Great for families, excellent views of the iconic Lotus Tower and the team always willing to help with advice and tips for getting around Colombo. Top hotel.

I am writing to express my disappointment with our recent stay at your Hilton property. Several issues significantly impacted our experience, and I feel it is important to bring them to your attention. Overall, this property lacked Hilton standards!. Firstly, the apartment’s décor was noticeably outdated and in need of immediate refurbishment. While this may seem like a minor issue, it did affect the overall comfort of our stay. More concerning, however, was a serious security breach. The side entry to our apartment was left open and unlocked, posing a significant safety risk. This is an unacceptable lapse in security that requires immediate attention to ensure the safety of guests. In addition, we encountered a substantial moth infestation, which we believe resulted from the veranda being exposed to the elements. This issue further detracted from the overall quality of our stay and raised concerns about cleanliness and maintenance. When these matters were brought to the attention of your staff, we were not provided with adequate assurance that they would be addressed promptly. This lack of urgency left us feeling unsettled and undermined our confidence in the property’s commitment to guest safety and satisfaction. Given these concerns, I would not recommend this property for a family stay.

Vi leide en stor leilighet og renhold, komfort og utstyr var bra. Basseng i 3. etasje med spa og treningsrom, god restaurant i første etasje. God beliggenhet til butikker, marked og shoppingsenter i nærheten. Matbutikk og apotek rett ved siden av. Vi hadde et veldig fint opphold. Eneste minus er at det kan bli litt kø i heisen, men fikk inntrykk av at det var under utbedring. Kommer gjerne tilbake.

They need to fix their lifts. There are only two working and they are programmed separately. In the morning you can wait 15 minutes to get a lift. Overall hotel staff were amazing with some exceptions on the front desk.
