Staff are excellent and helpful, rooms are clean and perfect location on the capitol square. The hotel needs updating and rooms are a little noisy from other rooms, but for the price it is an excellent choice

The Social Hub Toulouse
Unfortunately there was no bar or food for hotel guests available due to a private function the hotel was providing elsewhere. This was disappointing considering hotel cost and also the approach the restaurant staff explaining to hotel guests.

When I pulled up it looked like the hotel was closed. There was a dumpster full of trash out front and a lot of trash around the building in general.
