The main attraction of this place is the nature that surrounds it. This includes the wildlife and vegetation that is part of the rainforest. The hotel, unfortunately is in need of updates and maintenance; the staff providing the service are willing to assist, however they lack the skills needed. This is evident in the restaurants and the tours they offer, which are well sought after.

Fantastic bird life and lots of animals easily seen. Staff pleasant and helpful with most speaking English. Free night safari with room but would highly recommend the other trips. Nice, spacious, very comfortable room and bathroom. Balcony had beautiful scenic views. A/C could have worked a bit better but understandable due to the high heat and humidity of the rainforest. Highly recommend doing the boat ride to see and feed the monkeys. Great experience!

I am I love with this place. The landscaping and views are phenomenal! Buffet lunch was great! But dinner was lacking. Poolside food was excellent as was the cafe. Hammock on my patio was peaceful. It’s very well kept with some minor issues and a little dated but I strongly recommend!
