Houseboats in Colonia

My family and I had a wonderful stay at Caliu. The Family House is spacious and clean, we had a delicious dinner and nice breakfasts there, and the property is so serene and beautiful. It was just a bit colder in the Family House than I was prepared for, so in the future I would pack some warmer clothes if staying during the winter. Still, I would not hesitate to stay here again! It really was a lovely place to stay.

The hotel was very lovely and I enjoyed my stay. The staff was very helpful despite my limited ability to speak Spanish and I enjoyed the breakfast that was provided. I would definitely stay here again if I return to Colonia

Everything about Nova Posada was excellent. Walkable to everything you go to Colonia for, sites, food, water, relaxing.

The rooms are terrific.We had a duplex with our daughter staying on a twin type bed downstairs.The staff throughout the resort was excellent.There was a poolside restaurant where they would bring orange and lemon flavored water and free ice cream. The food was excellent.There was a wide choice of free breakfast.The dinners were uniformly excellent.There was a nice yoga studio by the river.The workout room was a bit dated but adequate.Two tennis courts and they supplied all the equipment.Free use...

We had a beautiful suite in a separate building from the main house. The food and the wine at the restaurant was terrific and it was nice to stay one night in Colonia and go sightseeing in the old town.

Beautifully decorated in a classic-modern style, this brand new hotel is great. Everything is sparkling clean. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, and the staff friendly and helpful. The hotel is located in a nice residential neighborhood in the outskirts of Carmelo, a few blocks away from the beautiful tree-lined riverbank. Perfect hotel for peace and quiet. Highly recommended.

The hotel was really beautiful, tasteful and clean. We booked a loft, which is the cheapest room, and it was really spacious and comfortable. We had a nice king bed, a table, a mini fridge, an electric kettle and even a microwave oven. The wardrobe was also really spacious and it houses a safe. There's cable tv in the room but if you want, in the 2nd floor, there's a tv room for anyone to use. There's also a nice balcony in the room with a couple of chairs and a small table.
