"Functional and straightforward stay."

"Had to go through a 3rd party to get any info. 3rd party did provide correct # and name and host did respond. Great for the family to attend military ceremony. No coffee available at check in. Dishes put away unclean. Missing pieces to almost each game. Poker table but not a single deck of cards. Closes enough to go get essentials though. Grass did get mowed during our stay. Overall good property."

"Rooms felt fresh and cozy with everything just right."

"The property was exactly as described. Everything we needed was on site. The owner communicated check-in details the day before our arrival date so there was no guesswork. This was our first VRBO experience and it was great. We visit the area twice a year, and we will be staying here again next spring."

"The property was exactly as listed. Very responsive communication from the owner."

"The place was closed and under renovation. We didn’t find out until we got there."

"My family of six stayed the night on our way back to upstate New York from Orlando. Nice place. Everyone was comfortable. Conveniently located 10ish minutes from I-95 and 5ish minutes from I-295. Host was great with communication. Would stay again."

"Absolutely amazing. Imagine fishing right on the boat. We had the privilege of experiencing the Yacht and the Houseboat. The Houseboat was our favorite but the best fishing was off the Yacht. We really enjoyed ourselves and we will return again! Thank you Captain Ron for being a superb host and an overall pretty fantastic guy!!!"

"Tidy rooms, handy amenities like fridge and microwave, exactly what we needed!"

"Exactly what I needed/hoped for. Very quiet, cozy. The bed was particularly comfortable - slept well! Captain Ron was quickly responsive to questions. Would stay here again."

"We liked the coziness of the boat, the views of the river, the surrounding areas were beautiful. The only negative thing we could say was that due to the ran/wind the boat creaked and it made it hard to sleep for one of our nights."

"It's a up stairs apartment. The property is lovely, very quiet, and private."

"Pamela’s basement suite was very clean and comfortable. She communicated quickly and easily with us. The suite had everything we needed and was very spacious. "

"Would stay again!"

"Great place!"

"We were on the way to visit my father at his home with hospice care, and we got a message from the host that the house was not available, and they would work on getting us a refund. Could not get another place to stay, as same day was too late. Super disappointed."

"Clean environment. Great views. Very little parking flexibility but an enjoyable walk."
