"We were satisfied with the lodging. The room was smaller than we had anticipated for what was label as a suite, but we made it work. The staff was very helpful and friendly, even the cleaning staff. Easy parking in their own lot. Ample number of high-quality luggage carts, so we always had one when we needed one. Nice fluffy towels. Great location, walking distance from the cassino and under the hill area. We enjoyed the stay."

"First of all they cancelled my second nights stay, the hotel called me days after I had made the reservation and said nothing was available that night. I had called the hotel directly to verify that in fact my first night room was available the second night, then I extended my stay on the hotels.com app. No one at the hotel helped me with this at all, and hotels.com offered to put me up in a hotel farther away (I had wanted downtown so I didn’t have to drive during the event that weekend) but I declined and went home early that day. I am disgusted with how easy it was for the hotel to cancel with no repercussions even though they themselves had told me my room was available the next night as well, and how hotels.com just rolled over and let them do it. I will not be using this hotel or hotels.com in the future if my trip can be canceled at the last minute with no one out of luck but me. The trip insurance I purchased did not cover anything either so don’t bother with that.The room was reasonably clean, I missed breakfast, parking was a block over and a block down from the hotel, the staff was great except when I asked about my cancellation. "

"I left a message for the manager in the morning and at lunchtime because I was charged on my incidental card the complete balance. I’ve been waiting to get a reversed for 3 days. that eveningTiffany texted manager because nothing was done and I was never called..she was told she’s busy doing someone here. She’ll look into it later. A guest walk down asking for towels. This is Friday night. She was told they do not have any extra towels. The customer said they were left with one towel in the room so I guess she’s not taking a shower tonight."
