The Host was a extremely nice and respond very quickly to any questions or concerns I had when I was there. 10/10 would recommend any solo to four persons (only if they’re willing to share a bed) to book this place. Host was flexible to accommodate leaving my suitcase after check-out and pick it up later in the evening so I didn't have to carry the might while walking around. Communication with the host was not good. Didn't have the wifi password for almost the first hour on check-in. The instruction pdf was not downloadable from the messages. "

"This property was the perfect place for our trip to Albany. It is within walking distance of many great restaurants, shops, and Washington Park. The state capitol is only a few blocks away. We took the tour of the capitol -- very interesting and highly recommended. The property itself is spacious, clean, and had all the amenities we needed for our 3 night stay. Highly recommended and we would definitely stay again."

The check-in and entry/exit of the property was very clear and easy. James, the property manager, was incredibly accommodating and available to answer any of our questions or concerns. "Clean, comfortable and very convenient location. Earl was very responsive to my numerous questions and even dealt with a scheduling snafu (on my end). I was concerned we might have trouble parking, due to a big concert just blocks away but we had no issues parking just down the street. Parking was free overnight, I only had to pay for 2 hours worth of parking in the morning because we didn’t want to rush out and it was very inexpensive. I would definitely stay here again if I was going to...

"This home has so much character. The wood trim, old vents and even the bathtub. You walk out the back and the Hudson is right there. Such peace. If i am ever in the area again, i wouldn't hesitate to book it again."
