"Very nice property, clean and chic, all the furniture and amenities you need. Very big and specious. In summer can be very hot but the villa has Airconditioning in every room. "We had a lovely time. The property is as described and the kitchen is very well stocked, making meal preparation easy. Views from the property and particularly the balconies are lovely. The pool is a great size, especially if you have older children. Geatano was very helpful including showing us the best restaurants and take aways in town. The ravioli from the fresh pasta shop he took us to was outstanding."

"We really loved the villa! We were there with all our family, 14 people, to celebrate our silver wedding. There were 7 bedrooms and 7 bathrooms over 2 floors, it was very well equipped, great aircon in every room (vital as it was 38 degrees outside). The pool was lovely if in need of updating, but that's a small gripe. The outside dining area was lovely with splendid views of the surrounding hills. All in all a fabulous place for our needs."

"What a great hotel at a perfect location!! It’s close to Duomo, very easy to get from Orvieto train station by funicular and bus A to Duomo. I got a room at a separate building from the main building, so it was very quiet and the room is so spacious, clean and comfortable. There are so many shops, restaurants, cafes, gelateria around the hotel. Highly recommend it!!"
