The Pool area and areas for outside seating near the pool are perfect spots to spend time in the late afternoon as you head into the golden hour. The staff is all professional, friendly and helpful. The Spa, Workout facilities and everything else compares favorably to any Five star hotel we've stayed in, in Italy or otherwise. "Overall great experience. Very attentive staff and the food is absolutely delicious… you really won’t need to book any other dinner reservations while staying here. The menu changed daily and each day was so fresh. If you want to book any of the excursions through the hotel make sure you do that about a week before arriving and be very clear on exactly when and what you would like to do as we ended up missing out on those. If you want to be able to travel between different spots on the lake this is a great central location meaning you aren’t taking up too much time on ferries or in a car. "
