Welcome to this recent and bright villa located in Colonzelle, a charming village in Provençal Drôme. On a single level, it offers comfort, freshness and tranquillity for relaxing family holidays. It can accommodate up to 7 people, with 3 double bedrooms and a children's bedroom.

The house of approximately 134m² includes:

• A large friendly living area: lounge, dining room and open-plan equipped kitchen, directly opening onto the outdoor terrace
• A cooling floor for extra comfort in summer
• A wifi connection to stay connected even on holiday
• A back kitchen / laundry room with oven, storage and functional space
• 3 double bedrooms, including a suite with its private bathroom and WC
• An independent bathroom + separate toilets
• A 4th bedroom with child mezzanine bed (90 cm)

Outside:

• A fenced and carefully maintained garden of approximately 1900m²
• A covered terrace with shaded dining area
• A solar-heated pool, secured by electric roller shutter
• Clear view of Mont Ventoux
• Ideal space for relaxation, outdoor meals and children's games

Colonzelle is a small peaceful village near Grignan, lavender fields and local markets. The perfect location to explore Provençal Drôme while enjoying a calm and modern place to stay.

Except for any damage found. As well as a holiday extension insurance (free document included in your civil liability).

Un tres agréable séjour

Nous avons particulièrement apprécié la fonctionnalité de la villa. Les pieces claires et bien aménagées. La climatisation par le sol fonctionne parfaitement et c est un des atouts majeurs surtout en plein été. Autre point fort la belle piscine et sa magnifique vue sur la Campagne et le mont Ventoux. Pas grand chose. Comme évoqué peut être quelques tasses a thé genre Mugs et un sèche cheveux….

Villa conforme en tous points à l’annonce. Très bien équipée. Très jolie vue sur le Ventoux. Très calme. Communication très fluide avec l’hôte. Nous avons apprécié trouver sur place un fond d’épicerie Une semaine très reposante et bien agréable

Heerlijk verblijf met mooi uitzicht

Het was een fijn en overzichtelijk huis met heerlijk privezwembad en mooie ligging. Rustig gebied met veel wijngaarden, een bezoekje waard. Vlakbij prachtig dorpje Grignan met op dinsdag een leuke markt. Goed contact en communicatie met verhuurders. Dank! Fam. Terwel dinsdag een leuke markt!
