They still wanted to charge me for one night , that I wasn’t present and told them what happened. Can’t pay for somewhere I didn’t lay my head at.I don’t know if I’ll stay again."

"This hotel is undergoing renovations. We checked in and immediately was informed that the elevator was not working and had to take a service elevator. Ran into a lady that informed us the service elevator had just broken down as well. We had to walk eight flights of stairs to get back to the lobby. All I can say is that the staff understood our concerns and helped us obtain a refund. "

I have been staying in hotels for 20+ years and that has never happened before. No sense of customer service at all. And why have a 'gym' at all if you are going to close it a 9? "

"Clean and quiet place to stay in, perfect for out of town plant / refinery workers. Only reason I gave it a 4 / 5 stars was because the toilet had a small leak. "
