Use this newly-built home as your serene base as you explore the Springs! This place's size and proximity to the local attractions and activities make it an ideal place for a group or friends or a family.
This home comfortably accommodates 6 people but has capacity for 9 (using sofa pull-out and included air bed).

10 mins to Cheyenne Mountain & Zoo

This home is a New build - everything works perfectly and is new!

The main level has a 1/2 bath, and a large open area that contains the living room, dining area, and oversized kitchen with an island and gas range.
