Beautiful New Townhome - Perfect Location

Enjoy the luxury and convenience of a new home located in an historic neighborhood. This 3-bedroom home is only minutes away from some of the area’s most popular destinations, including Downtown, the US Olympic Training Center, Cheyenne Mountain Zoo, Old Colorado City, Garden of the Gods, Red Rock Canyon, and Manitou Springs. On the main level, the open floor plan features a large, modern chef’s kitchen, a sizable eating area for group meals, and a living area complete with a large television and gas fireplace. There is also a patio off the kitchen, which extends your entertaining space.

During your stay you will enjoy off-street parking for two vehicles and two car garage, high-speed wireless Internet, cable television, and a washer and dryer conveniently located upstairs. Owned by an Olympian and former professional athlete, and commonly known as “The Athlete House”, the home is decorated with sporting memorabilia from his career as an athlete and coach.

Upstairs are three very cozy bedrooms with comfortable beds for a good nights rest. The master bedroom has a king bed and a television. The beautiful master bathroom has a bathtub, walk in shower and a double vanity. The other bedrooms have queen size beds and share a full bath.

The house is equipped with central air conditioning and heating system for year around comfort.

Great stay!

We had a great five night stay with our adult daughter to attend a family wedding. The home is super clean, well-stocked and is in a very safe and convenient location to all of the activities and sites in Colorado Springs. I would definitely stay here again! Paige is a super responsive and friendly host.

Perfect Location

The townhome is fabulous - clean and welcoming! It was such a nice thing to have coffee and sugar provided, as well as all the kitchen items I could think of. Soap, shampoo, and conditioner in the bathroom made for a seamless stay. Quiet hours were definitely adhered to, as we heard very little after 10 p.m., besides a little passing traffic noise the provided fan easily drowned out. The townhome is located just minutes from most of the tourist attractions we wanted to visit, which made getting around easy. The only improvement I would suggest would be blackout curtains. It gets light EARLY in Colorado Springs! But that's easy to manage with a sleep mask. This was a perfect property and we would 100% stay here again when we are back in town!

I would stay here again

Property was amazing and so much cool decor and personal touches for anyone who likes cycling! Location close to anything you need in Colorado Springs and the host Paige was so great with communication and helped it I’d ease when asked. You won’t regret renting this place at all!

Home away from home

We loved staying at this property. We spent 10 nights here while we explored all the area has to offer. The beds were comfortable and we had plenty of room for our family of 4. The kitchen was well stocked so that we were able to prepare meals. The study and dependable WiFi allowed us to work part time. The property was clean, and the area felt safe. Highly recommend!

Clean and easy!

The property was centrally located to tourist attractions, shops, and restaurants, very clean, and the owner provided all the needed provisions for our stay. When I had questions, the owner was very responsive. The house had a charming Olympic cycling theme and a spacious garage and driveway. I had a wonderful experience and would recommend this property to anyone.

Great location and was immaculate. Cleanest place I’ve ever visited. Wish the living room TV was larger and suggest labeling the keys. Will definitely be back. Would recommend longer stays since the cleaning fee is a bit steep.

Family Wedding/ Vacation Visit

The home is located in the Old Colorado City area within a mile of shops, restaurants and breweries. Also, there is a supermarket, a Walmart Supercenter and a Starbucks within an easy 2 mile drive of the home. The home is owned by former Tour de France (1987) & US Olympic Team Cyclist (1984) Chris Carmichael. The home is decorated with pictures, bibs and bicycles from his career. There are 3 bedrooms (King, Queen, Queen) with 2 bathrooms located upstairs with the laundry room. The front bedroom faces Colorado Ave and subject to traffic noise at times but wasn't an issue most of the time. The first floor has the family room, dining area and kitchen in an open air concept which opens up to a small outside patio and access to the detached 2 car garage. We were there for a week and had no issues. The host Paige Carmichael was very easy to contact for questions. We would stayed there again on future visits.

A Beautiful Property!

This is such a beautiful townhouse in wonderful location! We loved staying here and especially enjoyed the upstairs bedrooms and downstairs living area as we were traveling with a 4 year old who went to bed earlier than the adults. The personal touches in this home are so neat and the communication with the host was amazing! We would definitely stay here again!
