Located in a quiet, beautiful neighborhood with its own private entrance. Newly remodeled 2 bedroom separated suite in walkout level of owner occupied home. Completely separated space. Comfortably furnished with air conditioning, washer/dryer, bbq, & fully furnished kitchen. Walking distance to Pulpit Rock. Backs up to Austin Bluffs Open Space. Close to colleges, AF Academy, & hiking trails. Quick access to I25 for a short drive to anywhere in Colorado. Dogs allowed under 45 lbs with limit of 2 per stay & $50 fee per dog. CO Springs Permit A-STRP-23-0703.

A Gem in CO Springs
One of the nicest places I’ve stayed in. Beautiful quiet neighborhood and convenient to stores, highway and sights. The landscaping is beautiful and our private patio a real treat. All the thoughtful touches throughout the unit made us feel more like family then guests.

Neighborhood getaway
We chose this location because it was close to some great mountain bike trails and easy access to town. It was very well equipped and roomy with plenty of games and activities for the kids.

Very Nice
This property is in a nice quiet neighborhood. The space itself is large and very clean. The mattresses and bedding makes you not want to get out of bed! I wish we would have had more time to spend there. We would definitely stay at this property again. Thanks Mr./Mrs.Duncan!

Great location and accommodations!
Plenty of room for a group of five in town visiting family. Very clean with a full kitchen, nice grill outside and even a pool table. We have never stayed at a place that provided this many towels. Great place!
