Newly remodeled 4 bedroom home in quiet cul-de-sac that can sleep up to 10 people. Take a beautiful hike only .8 miles away at Palmer Park, quick 2.5 miles to UCCS, and visit Garden of the Gods, Air Force Academy, Old Colorado City, and Manitou Springs, Downtown all within a 15-20 minute drive. The updated modern kitchen and grill on our beautiful new deck will allow you to have an enjoyable dining experience.
The home combines the feel of colorful Colorado and features my own original artwork throughout the home. Each of our bedrooms our designed carefully in order to enhance comfort so that each of our guests can enjoy a peaceful and restful night of sleep. Two of our queen beds have brand new Serta innercoil pillow top mattresses while the third queen bed features a new supportive firm memory foam mattress. The twin bed mattresses and pullout mattress are also brand new. Enjoy our spacious fenced backyard.

Great place to stay for a family
This was a perfect place for our stay in Colorado Springs. I have stayed in several HomeAways and this was the best stocked house ever! We enjoyed our stay and having the space to spread out, but also join together to play board games and pool. I will definitely stay here again, when we travel to Colorado Springs.
The property was everything described and more. Phil was extremely responsive during our stay. We would definitely stay there again if we have the opportunity. Thanks!!
We had a wonderful stay at this clean, comfortable house! The space was terrific for our extended family of 6. We enjoyed playing games at the kitchen table and hanging out in both living spaces. The WiFi was easy to use and the host was very helpful.
Location was nice with easy access to all of the activities we had planned! Great communication with the owners. Clean home. I will say the beds were not comfortable.
We really enjoyed our stay at this property. The home was spacious, clean and the owner was attentive and available for any questions we may have had. This property was conveniently located for our weekend and we would not only recommend but will choose this property for any return trip.
The reservation process and check in was a breeze. The house is located in a nice neighborhood. Inside the house is clean and as described. Clean rooms and well stocked kitchen. Beds are ok, but that’s just a preference. I would definitely stay here again when visiting Colorado Springs.
We had quite the week - military commissioning, graduation, wedding, and then throw in some sightseeing. Homebase was this property. It fit our needs perfectly. Centrally located to everything (we were no more than 20 minutes from every place we needed to visit). Having a split level made it convenient to give every member of our family space. Phil was an amazing attentive host. Spacious, well stocked kitchen made preparing needed meals easy. Have a busy schedule planned for Colorado Springs and you need to get convenient homebase? Consider this property!
We visited many colorado springs attractions and this location was within 15 minutes or less to most of them. Fully stocked for cooking breakfast, lunch, or supper at the house. I would stay again if I were to come back to the area.
We really enjoyed this house. All we had to bring was food and clothes. Even had a deck in the back yard to relax and have a few drinks. Its also a very quite neighborhood. If we come back to Colorado springs, we would reserve this house again.
The property was perfect for our stay. The home has plenty of space and is very clean. Communication was excellent and response time to any of our questions was immediate. Would definitely stay here again.
This house was in a quiet neighborhood and was close to main roads. We never had to drive too long for restaurants, groceries, or fun activities. The house was a nice size and setup for our family.
Phil's property offered our family of 4 plenty of room for a socially distant visit to Colorado. With 4 bedrooms, we had plenty of room to spread out for virtual schooling and working remotely. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed, the washer/dryer made it easy to do laundry, and the deck was a beautiful place to have lunch. We were delighted to see deer in the front yard twice during our stay. The neighborhood, while a bit rundown looking, did not feel unsafe. There is a park just down the street that provided a good, quick energy release for the kids.
Only issue was a lack of additional toilet paper beyond what was on the roll but, as there was plenty of additional papertowels and trash bags, I believe this was simply an oversight on the part of the cleaning crew. We bought out own, no harm done.
We would definitely stay at Phil's again.

Work Remotely Option
We chose this location for a 2 week work remotely option. We needed a high speed internet connection for work and it worked great. The owner has a book with all the needed information readily available, making Connecting to the WiFi super quick and easy. The dryer quit a few days into our stay and the homeowner was super responsive and got it fixed right away and was very responsive to all questions before the stay as well. Just a quick 5 minutes to Safeway, Target and Epic Mountain Gear.
