Cozy Downtown Loft/Private Office & Walk-in Closet

  • Located near the heart of downtown COS, you’re within walking distance of the city’s best shops and restaurants. Two blocks west taps you into The Springs intricate bike trail system. Minutes from Manitou and Garden of the Gods, this stay is a great “adventurers’ hub”!

    Traveling on business? Our stay makes the perfect spot for working away from home. FULL office with high speed WiFi, dual monitors and a laser jet printer.

    Property Description:

    Access Apartment #2 located to the left.

    Upon entering the home, you will enter into the living area which is divided by a bar that separates the full sized kitchen with high-end stainless steel appliances. To the left of the refrigerator is the laundry area with full sized washing and drying units.

    Upstairs is the cozy loft with an area for lounging and an office for studying or business. Through the loft the bathroom is on the left with a luxury shower/bath with custom tile and dual vanity. To the right is a walk in closet with hangars, storage and a safe.

    At the end of the hall is the master suite behind the rolling barn door.
