Dream location- Mountain Views, Reservoir trails, small town, close to USAFA

  • Nestled in the Rocky Mountains, this Palmer Lake town home has the most exquisite views. It is completely & newly renovated, everything new, including beautiful decor and appliances. Enjoy the walkability of a small town with quaint restaurants, beautiful lake, and yet just minutes from Wedding venues, I25, Colorado Springs, Garden of the gods, and USAFA. Also, because we are an end unit, you can enjoy East facing views of the lake. Perfect view for 4th of July fireworks, or the star on the mountain in December, or the many other activities through the year that Palmer Lake hosts. We look forward to having you and sharing one of our favorite places with you.
