Cute bungalow

This place is in a great location- close to a bunch of fun activities and sights. Fun bar and restaurant scene are close, too. The place was clean and the owner thoughtfully appointed for all the things you’d like want to have. Great spot.

Great Stay

Loved staying here. Close to town, Garden of the Gods, Manitou Springs! Enjoyed relaxing in the backyard. Our two kids enjoyed it as well and it had everything we needed for an easy stay! Thanks Christina for great communication and allowing us to check-in early! Would definitely recommend!

4th of July Stay

Host was wonderful. The property was available early and she contacted us to let us know. We were able to go to the property early which was great. We got there before the storm came in. The house is lovely; the backyard was beautiful. We had everything we needed.

Wonderful accommodations, Amazing host, Great location!

We spent 7 days at this wonderful property. Christina provides an amazing property that is oh so comfortable. Everything you need has been thought of and provided. Beautiful fenced back yard that's superb for those with pets, awesome location to all COS attractions. Christina is so friendly, provides excellent communication prior to arrival, and she even went out of her way to help us out with a last minute special request. We look forward to staying at this property on future visits to COS.

Five stars isn’t enough!!

The most peaceful neighborhood.. We enjoyed everything about our stay. The tourist sights and mountains were great, but the house and the neighborhood were better. Just walking around the block with my wife in the morning, and hitting the local garage sales couldn’t have been better. The house may be small but the host thought of everything.. Even the local grocery store club card.. Would definitely stay again.

Adorable home super close to Manitou Springs, Garden of the Gods, etc.!

Perfect location, within minutes of Garden of the Gods, Manitou Springs (the town, the cliff dwellings, Cave of the Winds, etc.), and beautiful Old Colorado City (restaurants, shops, great coffee at Jives, etc.). The home was plenty big for the 4 of us (including great closet space in the bedrooms, good size bathroom, large backyard although it was too cold for us to enjoy). Everything was clean. And the owner was professional and responsive. Highly recommend!

Fantastic communication and welcome

Property owner was top notch with communication - fast replies, info and rental was ready early even though we weren't. House is on a nice street for walking your dog. Unfortunately there are a lot of homeless people in the area/neighborhood, on the streets and sleeping on sidewalks. We had a great time visiting with our nephew. Went to Rudy's BBQ nearby for takeout which was very good. And the next day, before we left, we stopped at The Jive Coffee Shop only a few blocks away and had the best breakfast croissant sandwich and iced mocha to go. Overall, I would highly recommend this owner, we would stay here again if we came back to the area. The house was clean, cute little setup and well stocked for our needs.

I loved this place, totally felt like a home away from home. It was nicely updated, my friend could not stop talking about how everything you could possibly need was provided, and the beds were very comfy! Christina was a great communicator, and gave us parking options because we showed up during Territory Days over Memorial. Seems like all of Colorado Springs came to the celebration. My friend and I are over 60, and this place is situated easily within walking distance of Old Colorado City. Thanks again Christina, I would definitely love to stay here again!

A Gem! 10/10!

4 adult family members stayed in this home for a wedding weekend. We had wonderful time! The house is absolutely charming, clean and comfortable. The character of this home puts a smile on your face. The backyard was private and had plenty of relaxing shade. We took many walks throughout the neighborhood and to the nearby shopping/eating area. We felt safe. Bonus that it is pet friendly. The fence is very secure and the yard is perfect for doggies. 10/10!!

Perfect Location

I absolutely loved the location. It was quick and easy to get to Manitou, Garden of the Gods and Colorado Springs. I felt safe in the home, neighborhood and everywhere I visited. I was a lone female traveler so I want other lone females to know it is a great area. The house was very clean and had everything I needed within reach. You can tell the owners care about this property. I have been in VRBO homes where the deeper cleanings are skipped and it shows. This house had clean baseboards, blinds, doors, cabinet fronts etc. I very much appreciated that kind of cleanliness and love for the property. Communication, check in and check out were all very easy. And I was in disbelief when a couple of beautiful deer came prancing down the sidewalk right in front of me while getting out of the car at the house. So drive carefully and slowly, especially at dusk and dawn. I look forward to returning to the area and would absolutely rent this home again.
