Very clean room and lobby. Casino is right across the street and offers food and entertainment that is very entertaining and delicious. Parking is also offered within the Casino parking structure and is free AND climate controlled and secure.

We were upgraded to suite for my wife's 70th birthday, and the suite was AMAZING! beautifully decorated, with great views as well. The staff was very friendly and helpful/ The casino is nice too, except I'd return to play slots in the evening, as they seemed looser. Overall, I give the property an A rating.

Beautiful hotel in beautiful Cripple Creek. Comfortable bed and super clean rooms. It is easy to find and the parking is on site and just a few steps from the front door. We have stayed in the past and will stay again nest year when we visit the Cripple Creek/Victor area.

The staff were very nice and our room was small but modern and clean. The price was reasonable. The hotel was next door to the casino-just a very short walk, but had to drive to the shared hot tub and pool. Casino was nice, clean, and the staff there were friendly and I didn’t have to wait long at anytime for service. We had a great time and would stay here again.

Staff was very friendly and gave an excellent tip of where to breakfast before Pikes Peak the next day. FYI…it’s The Pantry in Green Mountain Falls. Most delicious meal we had while away from home. Kudos to that lovely staff member at the front desk. Super nice room and best value on our 10-day trip. Very happy with this hotel.

The hotel is newer so it's nice and updated. The housekeeping staff has good attention to detail, which I don't see often in hotels. Very clean. The casino is attached and in my opinion, better than most the others in Cripple Creek. Bigger, better layout, more machines. No complaints, will definitely be back next time we're in town!

This is our second trip to cripple creek and the golden nugget. This a great place to stay for a fair price. The staff is nice and helpful. My only complaint would be the in room coffee. It is pretty low end in my opinion. The only other option is the coffee shop in the casino for $6+. They make up for it with the restaurant in the casino. Their food is outstanding. All in all I give them a 4.8 out of 5. I will definitely return to cripple creek as they host the rmmr and I will likely stay at the gn.

No sign up for where the office was, hard to find where to go in at. The pool was up the road at Gold King, very inconvenient. No hair dryer, only one stand light in main area very dark. I will probably not stay there again. The casino was very nice and food good in Restaurant.
