  • In the heart of Downtown Manitou within walking distance of shopping, dining, coffee shops, arcade, incline, hiking trails and more. 1 bedroom with a pull out couch and comfortably sleep four people. Full sized fully stocked Kitchen. Brand new in 2020.
    This unique property located near Historic downtown Manitou Springs. Shopping, great restaurants, and hiking right out the front door. Pikes Peak, the Cog-railroad, the Manitou Incline, Penny Arcade and many other family-friendly activities are within walking distance.. This apartment is in the middle of all that Manitou Springs has to offer! It feels like urban downtown and outdoor living all in one!. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids)
