Modern Private Suite - Walkable Central Location

  • Enjoy your newly remodeled private suite with off-street parking and private entrance. Ideally located on the Westside with a 10-15 min walk to historic Old Colorado City breweries, restaurants & shopping (or a 2 min drive!). 7 min drive to Garden of the Gods. 5-10 min to downtown Colorado Springs with the new Switchback FC Soccer Stadium, Olympic Museum, Colorado College, & more!

    This entirely separate suite is attached to a house with full-time residents. Because of shared walls, there is a chance you may hear the adjoining family, and because we live in a busy neighborhood, you may hear an occasional loud vehicle drive by as well as neighborhood pets.

    For your safety, fire extinguisher, carbon monoxide detector, smoke alarm and exterior cameras on premises.
