This newly renovated 1950's gem is a Great Value and close to Everything! It is comfy for the whole family or a group of friends. It sleeps 8 people, has 4B/2b & two living rooms in its 1723 sq ft. Enjoy amazing downtown dining and proximity to local attractions! You'll be close to Garden on the gods with quick access to UCCS, Colorado College, Switchbacks Stadium, the new US Olympic & Paralympic Museum, & all that downtown has to offer. The house is family friendly with a large, enclosed back yard & gorgeous Pikes Peak view from the front yard! This is a newly renovated home in the Patty Jewett Neighborhood with mature tree lined streets and lots of old charm. And although we have paid attention to every detail, the house is perfectly imperfect. Guests will have access to the entire house, including the laundry room in the unfinished mechanical closet in the basement.

Scam

Booked this, never received check in instructions, so I messaged and called the host with no answer. After an hour on the phone with vrbo trying to contact host with no response our reservation had to be cancelled. We were on our way with no place to stay. Very inconvenient.
