Room was very large and conveniently located. Bed was comfortable. However my room was on the side with a major road, traffic noise, and a lot of light that was hard to keep completely out of the room. TV was pretty small.

The physical hotel room was very nice and appealing. I stayed 4 nights. On the second through third night there was no housekeeping to get soiled linen, no bedsheets were changed or bed remade, no trash was taken. No coffee pot in the room.

The hotel was great! Perfect location, great price and close enough to all attractions we were visiting. Bed was very comfortable and room was clean. Water pressure, AMAZING! New owners are updating the property and have made great strides in improving the rooms and hotel interior and exterior. The price was a real bargain for Colorado Springs near the Air Force Academy. I look forward to staying at this property next time I am in Colorado Springs.

The staff is one of the fendliest I have ever encountered, especially Lindsey. She always had a smile and was eager to help. Bed was comfortable and the room was clean. Hotel is close to everything, food, gas, shopping and easy acces to the highway. This will be my go to whenever im in town.

Only two bad things among many great things -breakfast included is not what you think, leaves more to be desired they have a curfew for midnight but didnt really see inforced as the 4th of july we came back late

The new owners and staff were AMAZING! The property is older but the new owners have done a fantastic job renovating. The new owners Mr and Mrs So are great people and truly want to ensure your stay at their hotel is pleasant. They made our stay far more enjoyable with their genuine hospitality and recommendations for places to visit while vacationing in Colorado Springs.

The wonderful staff made up for what is otherwise a very marginal property. Aging building, only adequately maintained, but in need of update. In addition, the area was not the greatest. Fortunately, the price through Expedia was good, making our stay a fair value.
