Welcome to our premier, completely renovated home in the heart of Colorado Springs. Step into a modern and retro-furnished oasis, where you can relax in the shady backyard and enjoy an array of exciting amenities.
Indulge in friendly competition with a game of ping pong or corn hole, or fire up the grill for a delicious outdoor barbecue. For the adventure enthusiasts, there are nearby rocks to climb and scenic trails to explore. Quench your thirst with a refreshing water bottle as you embark on an unforgettable outdoor experience.
Situated close to UCCS and conveniently located in the middle of Colorado Springs, our home offers easy access to all the best the city has to offer. Within a short 10-15 minute drive, you'll find yourself at Garden of the Gods, the Air Force Academy, world-class golf courses, and the Olympic Training Center.
When it's time to rest, our well-appointed bedrooms await you. The master bedroom features a comfortable king bed, while the second and third bedrooms offer cozy queen beds. The fourth bedroom accommodates three single beds, and the fifth bedroom includes bunk beds with two singles and a full bed. Finally, the sixth bedroom provides a peaceful retreat with a queen bed.
Rest assured that our home is fully compliant with all regulations, proudly holding a STR permit (permit number 0148).

My favorite surprise walking in was being greeted by a gorgeous white Christmas tree! This home was beautiful, roomy and came fully stocked with necessities. They welcomed our furbabies, which is a huge plus in my book! My daughter-n-law flew in separately and was able to access the home without us. Perfect!! The host is very easy to reach and always helpful. Thank you so much for blessing my family of 10 with comfort and a lovely yard for my 4 leggeds. Hands down, recommend this home to you and yours. House was comfortable and provided everything we needed. Kitchen was well stocked, there was shampoo and conditioner, and body wash in every bathroom. And the owner, Tanya, was great- she offered suggestions on what to do while there which was wonderful!

This property is amazing. It is much bigger than it looks. The game tables downstairs, the outdoor space with the hot tub and the kitchen amenities are our favorite. This is our second time staying here and we would stay again.

Family Vacation

Overall the set up of this house worked perfect for our family and the location was close to everything we wanted to do. There were 14 of us ranging in age from 16-70. The game room space in the lower level was a perfect hangout area for the young adults in our group. The hot tub was clean and the backyard was a nice extra space to spread out into. The propane grill worked great for us. They had an extra tank on hand just in case. The beds were comfortable and the bedrooms were roomy. There were some things that I thought could use some work. All of the interior doors had issues. Several didn’t close completely. They blamed it on the humidity, but we came from a climate with much higher humidity year round and we don’t have issues like that. I felt like it was more of a maintenance issue. The kitchen really wasn’t stocked very well for a large group. There were plenty of plates, bowls, glasses and silverware but the pans and large bowl situation was seriously lacking. We had an issue with the A/C during our stay, but they did have a service tech out the very next morning to get it working again. We were on site when the tech arrived and observed how dirty the filters & coils were in the unit. I believe there’s a lack of maintenance going on with the home in general. On the last night we realized the dryer was no longer drying our clothes and we were unable to do laundry before our departure. They seemed to do a good job with cleaning the house though.

Wonderful, comfortable stay!

We came to CS for our son’s college graduation. This property had amazing space, close to campus, was well equipped and very comfortable. The owners were very responsive to our questions. We had relatives and friends with us, a total of 7 people and had ample space to spread out. We enjoyed the fun basement game area and a couple of evenings just sitting on the patio and in the hot tub. We will be recommending this place to anyone visiting the Springs!

Fabulous

The house is spacious and beautiful. The downstairs was great for the whole family. We loved the ping pong table and games. The hottub was perfect for the snowy weather. We have stayed in many vrbo homes through the years. This was one of our favorite.

Great space for family

My family of 6 (4 adults and 2 children) had a wonderful time here! Plenty of space for everyone! The girls had a great time in the backyard and especially loved the bunk beds. The beds were comfy and they had plenty of space. Hopefully, we’ll be able to come back and stay!

Great home in the middle of Colorado Springs!

Home had plenty of space for the 14 of us (5 adults, 9 teenagers) from a sleeping, relaxing, dining, entertaining perspective. It was good that all the kids could sleep and play in the big downstairs area ... large bean bags, console games, ping pong all kept them entertained when we weren't out and about. Hot tub and chairs/tables were nice to have in the back yard. As others noted, those creaky upstairs floors are noticeable, but not too bad as long as folks aren't walking around too late in the evening. Location of the property was good, quiet neighborhood and good shade around the property. There are some bike/walking trails right next to the home which we took advantage of quite a bit. Good central location for us as we were traveling in all directions for our adventures. The hosts were great, communicated quickly and made sure we had everything we needed. Hope they enjoyed the thank you gifts, just some souvenirs from Arkansas ... Go Hogs!

Very nice property

This property was perfect for my group of friends looking to do all of the touristy things in Colorado Springs and Manitou Springs. The property was clean and conveniently located to all of the things we wanted to see while we were there, and I especially loved that it is pet-friendly. The manager was easy to reach and, when we had a plumbing issue, she was also very responsive.

It worked for us!

We wanted a house that would sleep many people and allow dogs. This house did just that and for that we are thankful. The games in the basement are fun. The backyard was a nice place to relax. The kitchen was well stocked. The AC worked well. The floors are creaky which is annoying for the people in the basement. There was a neighborhood barking dog at night. The house is set quite a ways off the beaten path, so it isn’t quick to get out of the neighborhood to the main drive. Overall, we we’re happy.
