Our floor in the room was disgusting when we walked in the whole room smelled like poop and smelling like poop the whole day. We finally figured out there was a sewer smell coming from the bathroom sink. We bought a mop and mopped our own floor. As far as we know, they only cleaned once the five nights we were there. We were approached by sketchy individuals outside of the hotel on numerous occasions they were allowed to hang out in front of the hotel. It was very scary. My dog scared one guy away who charged my husband while he was out there with my service dogs. The pole was freezing cold and impossible to swim swim in. The hot tub had a sign that it was down. It was a miserable day. We ended up leaving two days early because we were supposed to stay seven nights. They did refund us for one night, which was nice of them overall, I would give this five thumbs down.

The room was very clean and the beds were comfortable. They served a decent breakfast. My grandkids were excited for the pool, but the water was ice cold, so they couldn't swim. The hot tub was broken. There was no elevator, so we had to haul it luggage up the stairs for for adults and two kids. The second floor had laminate flooring, so you can hear people walking the hall all the time And voices carried down the hall, so having a carpet hall would have made all the difference.

The room was good for the price. It was reasonably updated. It was very clean. I was taken off guard, though when I went to the hotel to find out, you have to pay a holding deposit, even though I had already paid for the room entirely, which was not disclosed on the website either have to pay $200 in cash or $100 on card

The staff was friendly and very helpful. Hotel was very clean. The room was spacious and the beds were comfortable. The location was great! The airport was 10 minutes away! Parking was right out front and always available. The parking lot had a few chug holes that needed repair, but we just avoided them! The hot breakfast was yummy! A variety of food for everyone. The eating area was clean and neat. Overall this hotel is a great value! Definitely would stay again!

The property was clean. The front desk staff were kind. We stayed one evening. The room was fine with the basic amenities you'd expect. The hotel does not have an elevator. The breakfast was very bare bones and they were very slow in restocking the breakfast items. Milk, eggs, etc. Limited selection of items. Lots of breads which isn't for everyone. the bacon was quite fatty quality.

In 30yrs of military and civil service I've stay in a lot of hotels and been out in the field on the ground sleeping in a mummy bag. When I say that this hotel was subpar for the price... it's no joke. The counter person was good at her job and patient. So, B+ for her. Let's talk room... it looked like there were chairs in the corner at one point. The walls were stained and there had been a smoker in the room. The shower was completely unsafe for a disabled person such as myself. When I took a shower the entire bathroom flooded. The tile floor in the shower was the issue as it allowed water too flow opposite of the drain. The matress was so bad I felt like the springs were stabbing me. The WORST part is we keep getting bitten by bugs. We both have spots on our bodies. I'd go elsewhere if you can afford it. Maybe in the bed of a pickup with a mummy bag.

Hor tub was out of order. They had a glade plug-in in our room that smelled terrible, unplugged it and housekeeping plugged it back in. Almost threw it away. Breakfast was good but they struggled to keep up and no creamer on the 3rd morning.
