We got a suite with 2 queen’s beds and a pull out bed. 2 washrooms. Small fridge and microwave. The carpet seemed not so clean. AC in one of the rooms was not working and it was a wall units controlled by its panel no electronic wall temperature control. We requested room service but no one came. Breakfast was basic continental but we liked the eggs and chocolate milk for kids. Will not stay here again due to poor cleanliness and ac noise and poor temperature control. They need deep cleaning of floors.

The carpet in my room was dirty and stained by dog urine. It smelled so bad when I returned from visiting family I asked to change rooms. I was told I couldn't and was handed a can of Lysol spray!

This hotel was perfect for our family with young children. The pool was wonderful and the breakfast was great. Rooms were clean and beds were comfortable. The suite was a great option to fit us all. Would recommend and would stay again!

I'll start with the only good thing this placed offered.The water was hot!!! Now on to the actual room, opening the door I knew this was a mistake! The pics used in the listing for this place are not anything what the actual rooms look like! In otherwords they are catfishing customers. The floor felt like it had never been cleaned.. Like NEVER! The bathroom at first what I thought was blood was someones make-up stained on the counter. The paint was chipping in the shower and then I pulled the shower curtain! Why did I see nothing but stains on the white shower curtain smdh! After wearing my slides to shower I put a towel on the floor to get the water up. You know the towels were white! Why did they turn black after drying up the water. The bedding was old and worn and the bed was so hard if the floor hadn't been so nasty I would have been better off sleeping on the floor! The TV stand had stains worn into it and the remote was soo sticky when I picked it up! Lord only knows what was on it or the last time it was cleaned! Thank god I had clorox wipes with me.Truly I could have used the whole container of wipes and the room still would have been NASTY! If you don't mind staying in a dirty room then this is definitely the place for you! After seeing how they keep the rooms I sure wasnt gonna eat any food prepared here! I didn't even want to put my water in the fridge! There was no quality at all!!! I want a refund! Oh and let me not forget the 3 bugs in the room JUST NASTY

This property was appealing and affordable! Staff was professional and helpful. Breakfast was the basics, taste was adequate— nothing exciting. Pool was clean with plenty of sitting space. Layout was easy to navigate. Room was clean and comfortable. One piece of recommendation would be the entrance doors and room doors having a smoother shutting; the doors are so loud and heavy it’s startling even being down the hall from the entrance door. Otherwise I would definitely recommend!!

Checked in late at night and got to our floor, stepped out of the elevator and it smelled badly of sewage. The whole floor smelled. Luckily our room didn’t smell. However the floors and walls are stained badly there was gum on the wall beside our bed. The bedding had stains. The shower was peeling paint. I got 2 queen suite with pull out couch, pull out was not sleep-able just springs. I was very disappointed. We switched to another hotel the next morning.
