  • Discover this 1-bedroom gem in Colorado Springs. This living area features a comfortable queen bed and a private bathroom with a refreshing shower. We are a smoke-free/drug free property (including cigarettes and marijuana) and the unit rented is a pet-free zone in consideration of allergies. Guests have access to a gym, kitchen, and small living room area. Whether you’re relaxing indoors or stepping out to explore, the space offers a fabulous retreat after a day of adventure. Experience what Colorado Springs has to offer with a stay at our home.

    *Please note that the gym/rec space is shared, but the rest of the unit you will have to yourself. You will have your own private room, bathroom, kitchen, couch/TV, and outdoor sitting area!

    *If children are in the unit, they will need to be supervised at all times due to open space areas, wild animals, outdoor areas without rails/fences, and breakable/reachable items in the unit. ONLY ADULTS ALLOWED IN THE GYM.

Would 100% stay here again if I revisited Colorado Springs. Quiet place with close proximity to both shops and attractions. Host were easy to communicate with, and well as enjoyable to have a conversation with. Clean with a well stocked kitchen, privacy,, and did not break the bank. There is no better feeling than the one of knowing you got what you paid for. So glad I booked to stay here.
