Enjoy our 2020 constructed entire lower-level suite for a stay featuring privacy, ample space, and incredible views. INCLUDES IN-GARAGE PARKING!!! Near the Air Force Academy North entrance and Colorado Springs sites. This listing reserves the whole lower level floor of a gorgeous new home for a completely private stay; main level is owner occupied, but access is completely separated by house design—even separate driveways! Relax on your private outdoor patio by a fire, watching the sunset over views of a beautiful mountain lake and the Front Range. Play mini-golf on your own private course, pickleball, or basketball; and watch bald eagles soar from the hot tub. Inside play pool and cook like a chef in a full kitchen stocked with plenty of cookware.

A great home away from home!
My family really enjoyed The Fly By. It was really clean with many amenities, including a walking / hiking trail nearby. And the communication with the owner was great. Highly recommend staying here if you have a family and are looking for a great place to stay.

This is a very nice property. There are plenty of things to do at the property and it is very convenient to many attractions. The owners were very nice and mindful of our privacy. You are in someone’s basement so there is noise transfer from above but not too bad.
