This was our second stay here and we anticipate returning next year. The cottages are immaculately clean and smell fresh as well as being cozy and extremely comfortable. Everything works well and Andrea was welcoming, friendly and professional. We did not want to leave earlier today…it is our ‘home from home’.

Excellent stay !!! Our cottage was perfect and met all of our needs. Super quiet location. We were 1.5 miles from the shops and food. The location couldn’t have been better. We asked for towels and extra coffee. Was at our door when we got back from a long day. Excellent value. Excellent and professional host / owner customer service. We plan on sharing this location with our friends and family.

We loved how close it was to downtown manitou springs, manitou incline, etc. We loved how private it was at the same time. Great for kids, our boys loved the pool. We would stay here again if we came back👍

Yes, place was wonderful. I mean like something out of a novel. This place was off the road, kind of tucked into a cul-de-sac of its own and I mean wow. We had a babbling Brook, a pool, a hot tub and wildlife almost crossing the property. Also, from this vantage point, we were able to navigate the city and figure it all out very easily meant to Springs is wonderful. It’s a small town and you can figure it out almost immediately. And I could’ve stayed anywhere in Manatee Springs, but this place was IT. Thank you, Town & Country cottages you made her stay dreamlike.

I loved our stay here ! Everything was perfect. Clean and you definitely get the vibe of being in Colorado . The staff was incredible! The cottage was perfect, cozy and peaceful! I absolutely loved that the cottage came with dishes to use!! A PLUS . So close from downtown , from the incline and from the best parts to walk around and enjoy our stay ! It was an amazing place to stay. I’m so glad that I chose this place. Andrea was an amazing host. There was a small issue with the room we had and they made arrangements prior to us getting there to make us comfortable. We stayed 4 nights. The property was quiet. There were other guest there but you’d never know it. The cottage was beyond excellent. I would recommend this place to family and friends and definitely stay there again.
