We enjoyed our stay at The Villa Motel. The location was perfect, so close to the Manitou Springs downtown district and at the edge of the main strip. It was a simple space but had everything we needed and was very clean. I would definitely stay there again when we come back.

We had a great stay! The staff was friendly and helpful, the room was very clean and comfortable, and all of the amenities made our stay easy and enjoyable. The location was also excellent and convenient to everything we needed. Overall, a really nice experience, and we would definitely stay here again!

Pool was not open during our visit due to time of year but loved the location to the shops and tourist sites. It does get busy going in and out due to the tourist traffic though, So, give yourself extra time for travel.

We were in town to climb the incline and only stayed one night. This location was perfect for that. The bus stop for the PP Cog/Incline is right across the street. Staff let me leave my car in hotel parking lot. The room was clean and quiet. The staff was friendly and helpful with local merchant information. Will stay here again.

Room was clean. Pool and hot tub was nice to relax in after day of hiking. Downtown was minutes away and had many dining options and experiences. Hiked the Manitou Incline so this was a perfect base camp and was able to hit the trail early way before sunrise. Also convenient to catch cog rail to pikes peak in the afternoon.
