  • Our 1 bdrm 1 bath guest house is perfect for your Colorado Springs visit. Walk to Colorado College, bike to the heart of downtown, we're less than 10 min. from Old Colorado City, Manitou Springs, great hiking, mountain bike trails, & Garden of the Gods. Located downtown, in the beautiful Old North End, enjoy our Zen Garden and reflecting pond (drained in winter). Our place is great for parents visiting students or adventurer’s. Free street parking. The house is stocked with all you need.

Beautiful retreat!

We stay often in COS, to visit family, and we were delighted to see this newer listing in the Old North End — a lovely, historic and quiet neighborhood! Everything was exactly as described and in photos. Beautiful outdoor garden and very comfortable bed. We didn’t eat meals there, but the full kitchen was great. Easy access to highway and downtown, but we also recommend strolling the neighborhood and nearby park!

Great rental in Old North End

The rental is located in a lovely part of Colorado Springs with great walking in neighborhoods and parks right out the door. The host is working on the gardens which were lovely this spring. The rental was spotless. The host was attentive but not overbearing, which is perfect. All and all a great stay.

Better than advertised

We spent 3 nights in this contemporary yet cozy guest house and couldn’t have asked for more. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this property and hope it’s always available when we return. A couple of extra chairs would be nice (we had guests over one night). A property you can be proud of!
