"The hotel is new, clean, well designed and uncluttered. Plenty of common areas, roomy breakfast hall with natural light. The rooms are large and the bathrooms have big showers with glass walls (no shower curtain needed). The front desk is helpful and the breakfast staff went out of their way to feed us even if we got there 5 minutes before closing. Free parking and space reserved to charge EVs. "

"This is run by the Franciscans. The room was comfortable and clean, and at an affordable price. I needed a quick stay overnight, and this was perfect at a good price. There is a bus nearby to get into the heart of Assisi, and the shrine of St. Mary of the Angels is a one minute walk. Great breakfast also."

"We were given a wonderful welcome by the family that owns the hotel. How nice! The rooms are dated but roomy and adequate. We enjoyed breakfast and the location as well as the terrace on the property. "
